By accessing or using the Mom & Cub website (momandcub.in), operated by Nammahut Services Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products, pricing and country of origin
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors and modify pricing without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Currency is Indian Rupees (₹). Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all products sold on this website are manufactured in India (Country of Origin: India).
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD); online payment methods will be added in future. Order confirmation is sent via email and WhatsApp.
5. Shipping and delivery
Free shipping on orders above ₹1499 across India. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days through our logistics partners. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return unused, unworn products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Personal care, intimate apparel, and customised items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including logos, text, images, designs, and brand assets — is the property of Nammahut Services Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
8. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nammahut Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
